How you get your template
- Pay once. No subscription.
- Check your email. Your order confirmation includes a setup PDF with your access links.
- Click the link. Google asks you to Make a copy. The copy is yours, saved in your own Google Drive.
- Start logging. Works in the browser and in the Google Sheets app on your phone.
Coach + Client Bundle
Give each client their own copy of the Client Template, paste their file link into Coach HQ, and click Allow access once. Their logged sets, body weight and weeks logged show up in your Client View.
